==CLARITY==
The clarity of diamonds is classified by special codes which range from FL (flawless) at the upper to I3 (Included 3) on the low end.
===FL/IF ===
FL: flawless indicates that ‘there are no internal or external flaws’.
IF: internally flawless simply means that ‘there are no internal flaws’.
Pricy. These diamonds are both rare and expensive due to their high-quality.
===VVS1/VVS2===
very, very slightly included means that it is very difficult to see inclusions even if you magnify the diamond by a factor of 10.
Although not perfect, these diamonds still represent the upper quality end.
===VS1/VS2 ===
Very slightly included: it is difficult to see inclusions unless you’re an expert in gemology and know where to look for them.
===SI1, SI2===
This abbreviation stands for slightly included. More simply stated this means that inclusions are invisible under 10 times magnification and may be visible without it.
If you are on a tight budget, these stones represent good value.
===I1, I2, I3===
